Our Leaders

Pastors Jim and Camille Lynch are the founders of the East Coast Dream Center and have dedicated their lives to serving others through faith, compassion, and community outreach. 

Married since 1999, Jim and Camille share a deep commitment to God, family, and helping people navigate life's challenges. Throughout their lives, God has used their unique experiences, gifts, and seasons of service to prepare them for the work they are doing today. 

Jim served as a Detective for approximately 20 years, dedicating his career to protecting and serving the community, while Camille built a successful career in the business world. Together, they developed a deep passion for helping people, strengthening families, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Their experiences—both professionally and personally—gave them a unique understanding of the challenges people face and a desire to be part of the solution. 

As Outreach Pastors at East Coast Believers Church, their passion for serving others continued to grow as they ministered to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. Through faith, obedience, and a desire to reflect God's love in practical ways, they began to envision a place where people could find hope, support, resources, and encouragement during life's most challenging seasons. 

Out of that vision, the East Coast Dream Center was born. 

What began as a dream to bring hope and support to struggling families has grown into a thriving outreach ministry that provides food assistance, life-enrichment programs, community resources, and pathways toward lasting stability and independence. 

Today, Jim and Camille continue to lead with a servant's heart, believing that every person deserves dignity, encouragement, and the opportunity to thrive. Their passion remains simple: to love people, build meaningful relationships, and help individuals and families discover hope for a brighter future.

  • Shye Lamboy

    ADMINISTRATOR

    Serving as the Administrator at the East Coast Dream Center, Shye Lamboy directs the vital intersection of community relief and educational empowerment by managing the critical logistics that keep the center's core initiatives running smoothly. Her role encompasses full operational oversight of food pantry logistics alongside the strategic planning and execution of community classes. Shye ensures the center operates with optimal efficiency to maximize community impact. Her dedication to operational excellence ensures that every program is structurally equipped to deliver life-changing resources to our neighbors. 

  • Christina Murillo

    FOOD PANTRY ASSISTANT

    As the Food Pantry Assistant at the East Coast Dream Center, Christina Murillo plays a vital role in the logistical success of our food distribution initiatives by orchestrating the essential behind-the-scenes operations. Christina manages the complex procurement cycle—from strategic ordering at Second Harvest Food Bank to the oversight of inventory quality and safety compliance. By leveraging data-driven tracking through PantrySOFT and coordinating volunteer schedules, she ensures that the center’s operations remain efficient, compliant, and highly responsive to the needs of the community. 

  • Edwin Lamboy

    COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR

    Edwin Lamboy serves as our Community Ambassador at the Dream Center, where he focuses on building the meaningful connections that fuel our mission. Edwin works closely with our partners, creating strong, collaborative relationships that ensure our food pantry remains well-stocked and supported. He has helped build the operational and foundational framework of the food pantry, ensuring long-term sustainability and expanding the center’s capacity to serve and care for our community

Our desire at the Dream Center mirrors the vision of our church. East Coast Believers Church exists for this purpose: to GO reach people far from God, to GROW in our relationship with God, and to GIVE our lives to the plan of God. It's that simple.
